What's New Cultural Competency Survey for Managers and Supervisors This survey is ideally intended to be used before and after a cultural competency training. It can also be used to obtain a "snapshot in time" of individuals' perspectives regarding various aspects of organizational cultural competence ranging from organizational climate to provision of services.   New Links Page The LEAD program website has a new links page which includes links to foundations, health care resources, health professions associations and research resources. About the Project  Our Mission Established in 1998, The Network has focused its efforts on reducing health disparities in health care through education, training, and by fostering organizational change. We are commited to helping healthcare organizations and providers improve their ability to provide culturally responsive care for diverse populations. Our newest effort, LEADing Organizational Change: Advancing Quality through Culturally Responsive Care, is dedicated to helping California's public hospitals integrate culturally and linguistically competent care into their delivery systems.
